Emergency Services

If you have a true veterinary emergency need during hospital hours, call the listed phone number for help. If your pet's emergency happens after the clinic is closed you can reach the clinic on-call by telephoning us and listening carefully to the recorded message. Our hospital, along with a handful of other vet clinics in Jefferson County, provide a rotating emergency service for our clients with after hour emergency needs.

• If you are a client and your pet is a patient of ours there is an emergency fee of $100 before 10:00pm and $125 after 10:00pm.
• If you are not a client, there will be a $50 additional surcharge.
