Welcoming Dr. Stevenson
Our new licensed veterinarian, Dr. Stevenson, joined us this Spring after graduating from Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
A Jefferson County native, Kyle Stevenson ventured into the great white north to obtain her degree, rushing home to start working at our clinic right after graduation. Dr. Stevenson, we're so happy to have you!
- Our clinic has 3 fulltime licensed veterinarians - Drs. Blair and Nina Harff, and Dr. Stevenson
- The Animal Doctors also has a great Licensed Veterinary Technician staff in Julie McIntosh, Marissa Hyde and Shannon Trombley
- Our wonderful receptionists Sue & Dina keep the staff on their toes
- And last but not least our veterinary assistants, Chriss, who is also our webmaster and recently moved back to Ann Arbor, Michigan, and our new assistant Renee! Goodbye Chriss and Hello Renee!
The clinic
The Animal Doctors Veterinary Clinic services small animals, the majority of which are dogs and cats. We offer routine vaccinations, hospitalization, routine surgery, dental care, bloodwork, and much more!
Please note - we no longer perform large animal farm calls!
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:30pm, and Saturdays from 8:00am until 1:00pm.
We see patients by appointment only and you can reach us by phone at (315) 786-3340.
If you have a true emergency after hours you can reach the on-call clinic by calling (315) 786-3340. Please note there is a fee for this service.
Puppy love
- We offer an extensive new puppy visit! The visit takes about an hour, and we go over puppy behaviors, commands and training tips, dental care, vaccination schedules, and more! Please contact us to set up an appointment.

News & updates
- We have updated our vaccine protocol for dogs and cats! Canine and Feline distemper vaccines are now given once every 3 years after the intial series and first year vaccine! For more information about this please click to read our newsletter.
- We are now recommending your dog's Bordetella Vaccine (also known as "kennel cough") to be boostered every 6 months for dogs who regularly board, visit the groomer, or attend doggie daycare.
